What’s the Missing DEI Puzzle Piece? Men

Still today, the vast majority of decision-making leadership positions (in nearly all industries) are held by men. Men are a key piece of both the DEI and gender puzzle because of their outsized impact on the lives of thousands of workers.

There's been more focus recently on how men can be both better allies and more inclusive leaders. As a gender, diversity, and leadership expert, I've been thinking about this for years and the fact is...we will NOT attain gender parity nor inclusive cultures without men on board. We won't even get close.
